I love them and hands-down, the best coffee anywhere but they are literally the slowest place I’ve ever been especially in Pine level. If you have to go to work, you don’t need to go there because they’ll make you late with how slow they are. I sat in that line for over 20 minutes, and there was only one car in front of me.

The drinks are always perfect. Elliano’s is the only coffee shop that consistently makes perfect frozen drinks. My review is for this particular location ONLY. & I would actually give 1 star if it were based on staff alone. Staff is never particularly friendly or excited to make your order. But who cares honestly. I just want my coffee, I don’t require coddling or anything. But here’s my issue: I have gotten there multiple times (& kept up with my arrival times) before closing & tried to order food & was informed they wouldn’t make it for me because they had already turned off the oven. This has happened 3 times. Once I arrived 39 minutes before closing. Once was 28 minutes before closing (this is sort of understandable, as I’m not sure what all goes through into “oven turning off” process). And once was 56 minutes before closing. I know someone who personally knows the managers of this location & she said this was very strange & she never knew of the oven getting turned off that early. So I really don’t understand if it was really off or they were just too busy talking to each other to cook a bagel?

I visit the Ellianos in Pine Level, AL all the time! Employees are very friendly and usually quick. I love the tuxedo and the Venetian Vanilla latte!!
