I’ve had the privilege of speaking with this gentleman with such compassion it was then I knew if I, my family & friends needs an attorney to call this firm! Gabrielle legal assistant has the professionalism and in My opinion is representing the Law Offices of Michael Lamonsoff. Weeks have gone by without any response to my calls or emails from my own attorney (Luis Muniz), depositions have been completely mishandled and scheduled and rescheduled on days I either confirmed I was not available or did not confirm my availability, and one deposition was cancelled the night before. I’ve been passed around in the firm, and nothing has improved. Even my efforts to try to get my case file have been unsuccessful. Seems like they even try to make it hard for their clients to fire them. I’m not sure what’s going on over there, but it’s an absolutely chaotic mess.
