If I could give Dr. Robinson 1,000 stars, I would. She has been the only vet we've ever truly trusted. Her compassion, patience, and genuine love for animals shine through in every interaction—not just with her patients, but with the families who love them. We have two Rottweilers and a Bulldog now, but our story begins with Mia—our beautiful Bullmastiff—and Dorian, our cherished Boxer. Dr. Robinson has been with us through it all. Three years ago, we lost Mia. It was sudden and heartbreaking—a rush her to the emergency animal hospital kind of moment. Everything happened so fast. We were devastated. Within days, Dr. Robinson called us. She reached out personally to talk with us and offer her condolences. She was heartbroken, too. That phone call meant everything. In the middle of our grief, she reminded us that Mia mattered—not just to us, but to her as well. Later, we were faced with another devastating diagnosis: our Boxer, Dorian, had cancer. From the moment we found out, Dr. Robinson walked that path with us—step by step, with care and honesty. She made sure he had quality of life right up until the very end. Because of her, he got to live out his final months feeling comfortable, loved, and happy. Dorian adored her. The second we’d say, “We’re going to see Dr. Robinson!”, he would light up. By the time we turned onto Elmwood Drive, he knew exactly where we were going—and who he was about to see. At the clinic, once she walked into the room, we no longer existed. It was all about her. She would sit right down on the floor and let him come to her. And all 100 pounds of him would climb gently into her lap and cover her with kisses. That was their bond. She never rushed our dogs. She let them feel safe. She let them feel seen. She gave them space to trust her—and they did. They loved her in a way that animals only love people who truly understand them. And then came the day we had to say goodbye to Dorian. Dr. Robinson wasn’t working that day. But when the clinic called her, she didn’t hesitate. As we sat there, overwhelmed with emotion, the door quietly opened—and there she was. She came in on her day off. She came for him. She came for us. Dorian passed with us by his side, and with her beside him—his favorite person. He's the one he always trusted. The one who showed up for him, even in his final breath. We will never forget that moment. We will never forget her. Dr. Robinson has been there for every one of our dogs. But more than that—she’s been there for us. Her heart, her kindness, her devotion… it’s rare. She’s more than just a vet. She’s family. And Dorian knew that better than anyone.

I've been with Elmwood Vet for years and there has never been a moment where I wasn't happy with their service. No matter what, whether it was earlier this year when we had to make the difficult decision to let our Annie cross the rainbow bridge, or this month when we brought our new fur baby, Eddie, for her first kitten appointment, they have always been there for us 100% of the time. I cannot put into words how much their hard work and dedication means to us. We are deeply and eternally grateful to have a team like Elmwood Vet to care for our furry family <3

Extremely rude service! My pet was in serious need of medicine, they talked down to me and made the process more difficult than needed to be. Not worth their prices can find much better clinics, would not recommend here to anyone
