My stylist is off on maternity leave so I decided to go here in the meantime. The stylist I booked was intermediate and was very kind, so this review has nothing to do with her customer service skills. My hair is blonde, so I normally get highlights and lowlights. It had been about 4 months since getting my hair done previously, so I decided to go with a more natural look and get bayleage. However, after my hair was done, I noticed that my roots were still very prominent and there were a couple of different shades of blonde in my hair even though we talked about doing one colour throughout. Upon washing my hair two times following my appointment, the colour faded to an orange-ish tone in spots and I could notice banding near the roots. The colour of my hair looked drastically different in different lighting. I tried using purple shampoo and it actually made the orange tone more noticeable. I reached out to my stylist that was away on maternity leave for advice, and she agreed that there is nothing I can do at home to fix this, and my hair simply wasn’t lifted enough. In addition to the colour being inconsistent, my hair was cut pretty uneven and I actually had to go to a new stylist to get my hair cut. That stylist and I agreed that my hair felt extremely damaged and we had to remove a couple inches to clean up the ends. I did call the salon and they told me the owner would call me back. The owner did not call me back, nor did the stylist I had, but the same girl I spoke to originally. She informed me that the owner would not refund me, even if it was a gift card. She told me my only option is to have my hair fixed by the stylist who originally did it while being under supervision by the owner. Mind you, my hair with a tip was $270.00. Since that, I have spent money on getting my hair cut by a different stylist and on hair masks to try and fix the damage done to my hair. I’m very disappointed and am attaching photos with date and time stamps. My appointment was September 13th for reference. The first photos will show what my hair looked like when it got done, and what it looked like after just two washes, as well as the haircut when my hair was straight.

Tori is the best stylist I’ve been to in a long time! With years of touring salons, looking for the right person, she has by far the best artist I’ve been to. Even when I’m long overdue for a session, Tori does not make me feel bad or comment on how long it’s been. She is encouraging and always very excited to help me achieve my desired hair look. Tori is so personable, treats her clients with the utmost respect, and ensures she is hearing her clients requests. Tori does her best to help reach your hair goals with skilled knowledge and she makes excellent recommendations for proper aftercare. Along with making recommendations and sharing the entire process with me; Tori always asks along the way if I like how my hair is looking or if I had a different vision. Tori makes me feel very comfortable and she is so friendly! I love chatting with her while getting my hair done. If you’re interested in having an absolutely gorgeous style/cut/colour while giggling, gossiping or just chit chatting the whole time, Tori is a must!!
