Tracey PLoved the online booking process...it was flawless and efficient. I was booked in with Jo and came to her with very long, thick hair with a natural wave. My hair was down to my bottom so quite the task for a restyle! Jo was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, what my concerns and previous issues were and handled my hair with the most care I've ever had at a salon. I asked her to take a little more off the length and she was happy to oblige and the final cut is exactly the restyle I wanted and I've had nothing but compliments since I've had it done. She was so good, I immediately rebooked another maintenance appointment, something I have never felt comfortable to do elsewhere. Really happy and will be a returning customer - including a colour. 10/10

Georgie FordReally sad about my experience here. I firmly believe that they saw me coming as a new customer with little experience of hairdressers. Having spoken to many other professionals since, I can now see that what I was charged for was extortionate and should never have happened. I understand that both Steve and the company are expensive due to their prestige but I ended up being charged above and over what is advertised on their website which was pretty heartbreaking a week out from Christmas. There was never any justification of this during the process. In a nutshell, I had a semi permanent colour on my roots and a toner on my already done highlighted blonde. I then had a small trim to my bob. What I didn’t expect was to be charged £230 for this when the entire job didn’t last anymore than two weeks. I also feel if they are going to state they will apply a treatment they should inform you that they will then charge you £25 for this so that you can make an informed decision. Ultimately, I left feeling absolutely stunned and incredibly let down at the lack of transparency and will never ever return. I am sure others have had wonderful experiences here but please be warned about this and hopefully others can avoid this happening to them.
