Applied to a job post on LinkedIn and got a phone call and video interview within 12 hours. They have those conversations with you and it feels very friendly. They do an interview prep with you before you have the interview with the client. They tell you what the client excepts to ask so you can get ready for the interview and not think on the fly. I got hired with them and I’m loving it. They make sure that YOU are happy and comfortable. They do check ins and want to ensure you are still loving the role. If in the future the client can’t continue with the budget, they ask for 6-8 weeks notice from the client, so they can find another job for you and to ensure you have no employment gaps. For 8 months, I applied to 1000s of jobs everywhere, over qualified and qualified jobs… I felt like giving up until I found Insight Global.
