I can't begin to put into words how much I sincerely appreciate ALL the incredible help and unbelievable compassion from "Embrace Psychotherapy" in Norwalk CT (9 Mott Ave). I work with Donna VanderPoel and she is the VERY FIRST Therapist in over 20 years that TRULY TRULY cares about her patients. From the very first appointment on she was ALWAYS following up/touching base with continuous emails, messages etc of concern, empathy and helpful info (at home suggestions) to continue the journey of healing. Her commitment, compassion and sensitivity means SO MUCH!! I give Donna /Embrace my highest recommendation for anyone who is grappling with anxiety/depression, grief - they are EXTRAORDINARY!!!

My daughter was having a hard time with suicidal behavior and Embrace Psychotherapy helped her deal with her cravings as well as teaching her mechanisms to cope with any anxiety, stress or depression she may be feeling at that moment. Can’t recommend this place enough.
