The watch dog that greeted me upon entering Polished Image Wear was completely friendly…lovable even and I was instantly at home here. Businesses have a kind of vibe…you can almost tell if the customer experience is going to be good or bad in short order. Polished Image Wear was a bit of a drive for me but their reviews motivated me to make the trek. In the weeks that followed I found An Pham (owner) to be a highly detail-oriented perfectionist who made sure I understood the unique challenges of my job. I made so many revisions on this project, it’s surprising she didn’t smack me in the head. But despite this, An and her watchful hound remained calm, collected and helpful. The completed pieces exceeded my lofty expectations and the price seemed so short I added a 40% gratuity. I threw a second project at her and was quite pleased with the results. An is a perfectionist in every way, she doesn’t make promises she cannot keep and goes out of her way to make you happy. By comparison, the other local embroidery shops in So. OC are dismissive and somewhat cold. There is none of that attitude at Polished Image Wear. Look, I have very high expectations and am known as something of a difficult customer…some say demanding but even I cannot find room for improvement here. An sets the customer care bar so high…her competition needs to charter a plane just to see it. Give Polished Image Wear a try next time you need something, you’ll appreciate how you are treated, the quality craftsmanship and definitely the price. But give yourself an extra 3-5 minutes cuz the dog is gonna require some love from you. Like I said, you’ll feel the difference the moment you enter the front door. You can thank me later.

She was attentive to details, communicated well with me over the phone (I live far away), asked questions and emailed me thread colors and prototypes, digitized our logo, and very importantly, fulfilled our order very quickly. Top notch service, excellent quality and attention to detail. They worked with a graphic that I designed on Canva and embroidered it on a really tough piece. The results were the cute puffy gym bags.
