I've been with this SEO company for over six months, and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. After spending £12,000 (at £2,000 per month), we’ve seen zero improvement in rankings—not even a slight upward fluctuation. The only "work" done so far? A few title changes and product section descriptions—something I could have done myself. No technical SEO improvements, no backlink strategy, no real substance. Every time I question the lack of results, I get the same generic response: "Rankings naturally fluctuate daily."
