One of the worst stays I've had at a Best Western. I arrived 1.5 hours early and asked if my room was ready. Reception stated that it was, but that a 30 dollar fee would be charged for early check in. I stay at a lot of best westerns for work, approximately 18 weeks a year, and have never had to pay this arbitrary early check in fee. Once I got in the room it smelled like smoke. The bed would not stay in one place on its platform. Multiple times, I had to push it back against the headboard because the pillows kept falling into the void and onto the floor. The cleaning staff were excellent, but management has them only offering room service every 3rd day. The first day I went to use the gym, there was a sign posted on the door that said "gym, pool, and hot tub are closed for maintenance". I used the gym anyway that night and the sign was removed the next day. There were no trash bins in the gym, the carpet in the staircases between floors was filthy, there were no towels at the pool, and when I requested turn down service after 2 days the staff left towels and bedding in the room, in a pile, for me to change. Like I said, I stay at plenty of Best Westerns around the province and have never had this poor of an experience. I have to assume this flaw lies solely with management because the other hotels have set a consistent precedent that this hotel did not even come close to matching. I will be avoiding this particular establishment for my future travels.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently celebrated my daughter’s 11th birthday at the Best Western, and it was a great experience! We booked the games room and had access to the pool, and it was the perfect setup for a fun and stress-free party. The kids had an amazing time swimming and playing games, and the space was clean, safe, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was a great option for a birthday party, and we’re so glad we chose this location. Thanks to the team at Best Western for helping make her day so special!

I booked the pool party package for my daughters birthday this past weekend. The pool package was $399 and includes 3 hours between the pool and the use of a meeting room. Also included were 2 large pizzas and a 2L of pop as well as the use of the very cool games room. They have a number of public washrooms that were convenient for changing before and after swimming. The meeting room was perfect for the party after swimming, they included table linens, cups, plates, napkins and water. The pool itself was clean, bright, well maintained and the kids had a blast! The hotel itself was clean and modern and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The package allowed me to throw a easy, fun and convenient pool party for my daughter, I would book it again. Something to consider if booking yourself; don't book start time for 11am, I didn't think about this when I booked but it was prime check out time and the common areas were busy!

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the consistently outstanding service at this hotel . The front desk team greeted me with genuine smiles and checked me in efficiently, even during a busy period. Housekeeping was meticulous, delivering clean rooms and fresh amenities every day. What stood out most was the staff’s proactive approach: they anticipated needs, offered thoughtful recommendations for local dining and activities, and followed up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The in-room amenities were top-notch, and the fitness/club facilities , pool area were well-maintained and delicious breakfast included . Overall, the service level made my stay relaxing and worry-free. I’d gladly return and would recommend this hotel ..
