Emerald Luxury Transportation - Limo & Car Service

I had a very pleasant experience with Emerald Luxury Transportation. They provided accurate communication, including the name and phone number of my driver and directions to where I could meet him. James arrived before my flight landed and he was waiting with a sign at the described area. He greeted me with a friendly smile, helped me into the car and loaded my bags, before safely driving me to my destination. The car was comfortable and clean, bottled water was provided for my convenience and James provided me with interesting information about the area we were driving through. On my return trip to the airport, James was once again my driver and I experienced the same outstanding treatment. I do not make many trips to the Nashville area, but if I have future travels there I will gladly hire Emerald Luxury Transportation as my car service.

I'm not one for reviews but Edward and the staff of Emerald really deserve to be recognized. I needed airport transportation for an executive of our company who was in Nashville just for the day. Everything was top notch and the best thing was the communication. I received updates on ETA, pick up and completed drop off. Emerald is a terrific company. Use them!!!!

My guests and I were promptly greeted by Mr. Willie with his radiant smile! Our journey for the evening began with a walk on the "red carpet" followed by us being escorted into an Escalade that was sparkling clean inside and out. After we settled in, Mr. Willie popped the cork on the champagne bottle. We filled our glasses, made a toast and we were off to our destination! Our return journey was just as spectacular. I look forward to my next outing! Thanks guys!!!!
