We had a flood in our basement and Roman was at our place within an hour of calling to help us get the problem under control. He was kind, professional and very thorough. He also connected us with a restoration team and our house went from flooded to fixed within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. I called looking for a quote on a leaking kitchen sink, however they could not provide a quote without viewing the situation, which is fair. Plumber showed up and completed the work without explanation and without quote/price, despite my multiple asks of what the issue is. He completed the work with no explanation and handed me a bill, 33% higher than what I was expecting based on previous experience. Would not provide answers and proceeded to complete the work without discussion - borderline extortion. Will not use again. Would appreciate an explanation from management.
