Have consistently called and emailed about a refund and they will not issue a refund. They decided to charge my card $268.20 when I told them I did not want their services. Still waiting for a response 2+ months later.

I paid for a deep cleaning service. The cleaner was 2 hours late and didn’t come close to finishing the job. She asked if she could come back the next day to finish but she was a no-show. I have called and emailed the company multiple times and they will not respond to me to resolve it. Unfortunately it looks like I will now have to file a dispute with my bank to try and get my $350 back. I will also report this to the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware! I’m so unhappy! Edit to include: more than a year later, still no refund. I can’t believe you have the nerve to post some generic apology on this post A YEAR LATER. We went on the news and you even lied to NBC DFW and said you were issuing a refund. LIARS AND CHEATS! SHAME ON YOU!

I just moved into a new home. I hired them the night before for a full deep clean in a 3 bedroom 3 bath home. This included walls, baseboards, blinds, etc. They charged an upfront fee of $400. I later found out this is a service that outsources to other cleaning companies. The housekeeper was on time but totally blindsided by the job. She wasn't aware it was a deep clean. They sent only one housekeeper. Total lack of communication from the "broker" to the cleaning service and the cleaning service to the staff. I don't know where the breakdown happen. Also, the fact that they were short staff should not be my problem for the $$$ I paid. If it can't be done, turn the job down. The housekeeper was friendly but unable to handle a deep clean of a house this size alone. I contacted the service and they offered a $50 discount, in my opinion not sufficient enough. I didn't complain further as I didn't want to get the housekeeper into trouble. I don't think she was to blame. As I sit here cleaning cabinets and walls and my third bathroom....I'm just simply irritated. I found myself and my mother cleaning for hours the next day. So, I was unable to start unpacking until the next day. I should have keep my money in my pocket.
