This place. Is for sure someday gonna receive the title of the worst hotel in the UAE, hell even the whole Middle East. Our room, Ugh, I can't explain how dirty the bathrooms are, do they even have management in this place? It's like nobody even thought of plumbing the toilets in this place. The showerheads fall on you as you take a shower, the water IS SEA WATER, it made me the whole time, uncomfortable, itching from each corner of my body. Also one night, while we were sleeping, the Air Conditioning froze and defrosted on us while we were sleeping. The door locks don't even work a whole lot properly. And some doors don't even have door knobs. And also, if you want to watch some TV to pass the time. YOU CANT BECAUSE SOME ROOMS DON'T EVEN HAVE TV REMOTES. One last thing about the rooms, our room (Room 105) has a safe but doesn't work. Almost everything about the room is crappy. Let's move on to the Service. The Service was okay for me, the other staff were fast, but too fast that some food wasn't even cooked yet. Also the manager is so unaccommodating, he is the rudest manager I have ever seen in my life. Even the workers complain about his attitude, this man is the incarnation of both Rudeness and Laziness. Enough about the manager, let's move on to the food. The food on our first day (it was dinner by the way) was actually great, the fish tasted incredible. But as the days passed, the food became less and lesser than my expectations. On the day we were gonna check out, we had our final lunch in their buffet, and when I tasted the fish they cooked, it was extremely salty, it's like drinking a cup of seawater every time you take a bite of the fish. Then the chicken, Ugh if it was Gordon Ramsay, the chefs would already be the next Idiot Sandwich, because you know why? Because the chicken was RAW, they didn't even cook it all out, so I'll have to say for the food overall, it's genuinely bad, and so is the management of this crumbling building of bricks and stones they call a "hotel". And the manager CHARGES you for almost everything, they even charged us for using the bathroom twice in a row in the timespan of less than 10 minutes, and if you don't pay, he'll threaten you with these words "If you don't pay, we will cancel your booking" just get outta the place, it's not even worth it to be in a room there any how. So please, if you have any spare Dirhams left in your pocket, please just find the next place you can find :)

Honestly 1 of the worst manage hotel it is mentioned 1 star in the reception but I think it should be negative star if there is such. Location is ok, you can see the age and the lack of maintenance. Let me enumerate. Toilet flashes not working, aircon not working. Food quality is ok if you are hungry but would choose for a food delivery hands down. Manager are very rude. Recomendation for 150 per night per room please find a more expensive hotel but have overall pleasant experience. I guess you really get what you paid.

WARNING!!!! Marhaba hotel and resort was the WORST hotel resort i have ever been and I will NEVER EVER going back there or recommend. Worst management and the manager was very rude. I dont kbow if he is the manager or the owner he is an arabic guy... they dont even deserve even 1 star for that resort.. worst decision ever that the christian community booked the 3 days and 2 nights christian camp.. and in addition to that they served salty foods and uncooked chicken very poor service and management!!!! What a nightmare!!!!

-100/10 ratings. No star. 1. Rusty facilities 2. Toilet flush with electric shock 3. The manager is not accomodating and unfriendly 4. Algae, molds, rust in the shower and faucet, no doorknob on the bathroom. 5. Limited water supply and salty 6. Aircons not functioning well 7. Dirty pillows and beddings with bed bugs 8. Food they cooked is not good super salty all we ate fish fillet, chicken not cooked. 9. The serving of the food cannot make our tummy happy because of little serving 10. The food we pay for 200+ pax did not meet the count Overall experience -100/10 This hotel should be CLOSED. They are not serving guest right, and their service is not good. And despite having all this issues they’re still asking for extra payment. What is this.
