I give them a code for our house and leave them there when we can’t be there. The quality of their work is note worthy. We have always been very pleased with their work. They have redone our entire garage. Installed fans and lights, put in a new handrail for our 22 step stairwell, done painting, and a host of electrical repairs. Their pricing is very fair, they show up on time, they are trustworthy, finish the job as promised—-What else can you ask for? EmKay remodeled my condo earlier this year, including knocking out some walls to make rooms bigger, bathrooms and kitchen makeover, new flooring, lighting, floor-to-ceiling cabinets for storage, and paint. They managed to pull this off while I was still living and working in the condo, and I have two cats. Work was done on time and budget and sometimes included tacos. All of the employees were exceptional. Highly recommend.
