Initially, I was impressed by his claims of pursuing construction out of passion rather than money, and his high-priced job abandonment seemed genuine. Unfortunately, my experience revealed a different reality. The builder initially quoted a price but then added extra costs for registration, which we negotiated. However, the issues didn’t stop there. He changed the parking allocation for the flat, and I decided to withdraw from the deal. My friend, who went ahead with the purchase, is now facing delays in getting the property handed over. Despite promises that it would be ready by the end of July, neither the completion certificate nor the electricity board connection has been finalized. It’s crucial to have all agreements in writing and to be cautious with this builder. My advice is to thoroughly vet any builder and not take their words at face value, especially if you’re a first-time buyer or someone managing both rent and EMI payments. This review is a cautionary tale based on my own experience. Be aware that there seem to be many positive comments and no critical feedback, which raises concerns about transparency.
