This is the worse experience I've had with any medical facility. They never called me to schedule my consultation after my dr faxed them the referral. I called twice then had to call my dr to have them email me the referral to get the appointment booked. After my procedure I got the notice in mychart that the results are available Tuesday morning, no one called me. I called on Friday and they called me back went over the results and told me that within 2 business days I should get a call to schedule surgery. It's been 2 full weeks. I called twice, sent a message in the mychart and still no one can call me back to schedule my surgery appointment. I wouldn't expect this service even if it was free.

Dr. Horton and Dr. Blalock and their staff took great care of me in treating some dermatological concerns. Dr. Sable and Ashley, the attending nurse also gave excellent care. From the reception desk to the doctor's office, everyone here is professional and friendly. I recommend them 100% for your healthcare needs.
