E-Motionally Fit

I’m currently doing the online training program, and I also train with David in person a couple of times a month. It is the perfect balance for my schedule. I’ve been seeing consistent progress and, more importantly, I feel fantastic after every workout. What I love most is that the routine is actually sustainable. It’s easy enough to follow on my own through the app, which has been a total game-changer for staying consistent.
