I recently had the pleasure of purchasing some K&B Drive,s from e-motors and staff went above and beyond to help me out as some of switch,s I required were not in stock and then " we " found out that the factory was closed in order to relocate and this could be any where from 4 to 6 weeks before they would reopen. So the " sales force " sourced these required switch,s for me from other suppliers and had them shipped to me. This resulted in myself being able to complete the job I was on in a very timely manor. I need a furnace blower motor urgently in winter. It's hard to find an exact match for a 20 year old model. The customer service promptly recommended a replacement and I received the motor the very next day. It took me about 1 hours to install it and it works as expected ever since.
