Dave and Jay (salesmen) helped me out to the best of their ability when selling me the car. At first, I was extremely happy with the service, but after getting it home and having other family members and friends look at it, they pointed out a few things I didn’t notice. It’s my first time ever purchasing a vehicle and enjoying the excitement of it all, I lost focus on the important things. The vehicle was not cleaned properly (Driver and passenger side floor was not vacuumed in the dashboard area had not been cleaned) and the AC was not working. I did bring it back to the dealership since they have a garage there and they offered to fix it. However, when I picked up the vehicle after it being fixed I turned it on full blast, some unknown white powder came out of the vents and it caused me to have an accident. I realize that this is a strange occurrence and is not common. When voicing my concern, I was told that it was my job to get the filter cleaned, etc. Other than that, the car was in good shape, and the staff were friendly. I strongly advise that you do lots of research before driving a vehicle out of any dealership because they advised me that they are not legally required to do all the maintenance on the car before I purchase it and drive it off of the lot.

Had an amazing experience with red line auto sales and specifically Dave. He was extremely easy to communicate with and answered every question I had, making the process as seamless as possible. Bought i 2016 ford fusion. Everything looks good too, Took it for a test drive it took off fast and was a very pleasant experience. Dave sold me the car and everything was smooth sailing with him would recommend.
