Tom is very unprofessional, completely destroyed my property and essentially acting as if he is some mafia boss making threats and basically trying to extort me for more money. Beware if you hire this guy. As you can see from his response Tom has no accountability, claiming I was not a customer after destroying my property. I never cold called you bud, after trying to get you to make things right you've blocked my number so I can't call you! you came to my property to do work, tried to extort me raising the price and then made threats. Now that your exposed you seem to think other potential customers will believe your lies claiming im a cold caller, Nice try bud. Let this be an example of how this goon conducts himself.

Our fluorescent lights in the kitchen were failing, some worked, some didn't. I changed the bulbs and that didn't fix anything. Tom replaced all the old fixtures with new LED lights. We also asked him to custom cut new plastic covers for the lights, a task likely beyond the scope of the job. The kitchen is extremely bright and cheerful now and I really like it. Weeks after the job was finished, my wife asked Tom if he could install a dimmer switch. He came to our house for free to see if it was possible. We are extremely pleased with the work Tom did and how professional he was. He was very careful and respectful of our house and belongings. I would not hesitate to call Tom again for any electrical repairs.

I had an emergency issue and found Tom on a quick Google search. He answered the phone on a Sunday evening and I am so so pleased with his level of professionalism and expertise. I am a first time homeowner who was changing some outlets and ran into some panel issues. Tom was very easy to deal with and did not make me feel bad for my attempt at a DYI, which turned into a mild failure lol. After fixing my panel he ensured all the outlets in my kitchen were good and reassured me that I changing the rest of the house should go smoothly. I can not recommend someone more for electrical needs. I will be keeping his card handy for any future electrical needs. I can not thank you for turning a stressful situation into something I can joke about with family. Thank you again for your assistance on a Sunday evening.
