Really nice folks. Down to earth. I really enjoy talking to them. Family operation that owns 3 locations. They are building an office on Pheasant Road with AC. Likely will be done by the time you read this. Not sure if they will offer coffee then? They tow large vehicles and can do repairs on them. Think RVs, campers,large utility vans, and large class B vehicles. Not sure if they do class A, they might.

I want to TRULY THANK the Empire family for accessing and fixing the problem on my semi truck in such a timely manner. Being that it was late in the day on a Friday, they went ABOVE & BEYOND to repair my issues and get me back on the road!!! They had such wonderful service, I had to call Adrian and thank him for being extremely fair and prompt in their service!!! I would also like to give special thanks & attention to Dayán. He not only help with my mechanical issues, he also gave assistance in learning Spanish!!! Many thanks to you!!!

We came here because of all the positive reviews on google. If you read the reviews, most of them are in the last 6 months. These guys charge 200 per hour, does not matter if its a road call or if you come to their shop. I dont think freightliner dealer charges this much. We came in to check an air valve and replace 1 air bag on a semi trailer. Received a bill for 4 hours labor plus parts. We werent even there for 4 hours. We did get a refund for 1 hour, because we could prove in and out times. If we didnt keep track of this, we would be charged. Changing 1 airbag in 3 hours is absurd. The shop says we had to go and get it. Wow. These guys are getting paid 200 to deliver parts. We would have left if they sent an estimate. Very dishonest people work here. If you scroll down the reviews there is a guy saying dont take your semi truck here. He is completely correct. These guys are incompetent to say the least or scamming for hours at the worst. Searched their business registration on sunbiz.org, couldnt find anything. Stay away from this shop!

Adrian come out it's pilot on Jones Loop Road to change a flat tire for me on my F-150 get a great job great service definitely know what they're doing when it comes to truck and they usually work on semis not pickup truck can you give me a favor came out and did this for me my hats go off to these gentleman I'd recommend them to anybody
