Updated review, 5 star to 1. It's absolutely terrible, borderline scam Long review...End result, half completed project for an Ebook cost me $1200 plus monthly membership. The original cost was $400-$600. The cost is high because they don't do refund on credits. ALSO, THEY REFUSED TO DO ANY WORK. It is easier to keep the deposit than do the work I guess... When I signed up, I was very excited. They showed a level of service and options I wax looking for. Required a. Initial purchase of $1000 plus tax and received $250 bonus of something. I lost access to my accounting. Once I signed up, around July. I made it very clear that this is my slow time, and I need to get my marketing done. They then shut down from August to October. The whole system changed from what I was originally to show. Took forever to get in contact with someone. November, I finally started off with my first project, an ebook. Which included setting up automation and drip emails and such. The estimated cost was around $400-600. February, Ebook and email was completed (with water mark stains with work in progress) and emails. At the end of February, I reached out to see if everything was set up. In early March, they said they would set everything up shortly. Mid March, going against my better judgment, I inquired about additional services. At the end of March, nothing was done. April, I signed into my account and noticed no automation was done. The final version I had had water marks done. I inquired about the PROCESS of canceling my membership. As we are still talking about other projects. They advised that they took this as notice of cancelation. I had to beg for the final version of my book. They advised that credits are not refundable. I said, "Fine, let's find another project to work on." After a couple of attempts of reaching out, I have received no response. They thought it was easier to just keep the money instead of doing work. To be fair, the time frame of the project was extended because I was busy. We would each go 1-2 weeks without a response. There is no excuse to decline work to keep the deposit. It's absolutely shameless.... _______________ I provide financial services. Empower social is great. They help me recognize my low hanging fruit to improve my marketing efforts. Very impressed.

We've been working with Empower specifically for graphic design needs and have to say it's been an absolute pleasure! The designer on their end, Gen, is phenomenal. She understands the needs of a design project almost immediately, her time estimates are fair, when she takes creative liberty it's always a win. Having reliable external design help had been a pain point for us historically, but with Empower and Gen, turnaround has been fantastic and we've been able to knock out some projects that had been dragging for a while. Empower's setup is also worth noting. The interface is user-friendly and focuses on centralizing assets and conversations in one place. Multiple members of my team can jump in to see status and chat with the Empower team; great for avoiding silo-ed work. Looking forward to using other Empower capabilities going forward!
