We had a tree fall in our back yard corner of our house, taking out our main electrical line, and they were there in the next day and had us up and running within hours! Wade was exceptional on the phone and coordinating getting a technician out to us immediately! Caleb, our technician, was also exceptional, and did a superb and thorough job getting everything replaced electrically! This was a large job, as the entire mast and outdoor electrical box needed to be replaced, and from tree fall to power on, we were back up in less than 20 hours, which is extraordinary!
