Hello all. This organization based in Kuwait City, dealing I'm all IT software and hardware. I joined this organization on 7th October 2019 as Tech support, at interview they asked for 2 years of commitment and on offer letter it was mentioned that I need to submit my original degree and will be having 100 days of probation. I was not carrying my originals that time so HR asked me to submit it later. After completing one month, a day prior to pay day, HR said "submit your degree tomorrow and t hen only I will credit your salary" I found it little FISHY, I asked why originals need to be submitted? HR literally told that as a guarantee that you shall not leave the organization. I asked what if I need to leave it in probation period, HR told me First submit your degree and then talk,(very unprofessional) I thought to talk it out to higher management, CEO told that go talk to HR, she hired you,do as she says. I was not comfortable continuing with the organization so I asked them to set me free and let me go but Management told me to serve notice period of 3 months in probation period. Firstly what is the meaning of probation? Simply it's like, if either party is not comfortable they can end contract without any notice period, But sadly this company's HR and CEO doesn't know the meaning of probation. Secondly, how does even it makes sense to ask someone to serve notice period of 3 months in just one month of service and that too in probation, When I forced management to give me a solution, they told this is the solution and pegasus in not a learning center, So management give me answer here that without training someone on your type of work how will you expect him to work. And basically the training you provided me was not classroom training, that was on the job training, hope management knows for difference between both. Miserably they asked me to follow their unrealistic demands and ate up my salary for the entire month. #exploitation #shame #scam #unprofessional
