Our sellers needed a new roof before closing, and with insurance dragging their feet, the timeline was extremely tight. Hans personally met the adjuster on site and was a critical part of getting insurance to cover the replacement. He had materials delivered early and had the crew ready to start the moment the claim was approved—literally the day before closing. All hands were on deck, and their hard work, organization, and dedication made what felt impossible happen. We truly wouldn’t have made it to the closing table on time without them. I can’t recommend Encore Roofing enough!
