They are not good at all when you drive your car there likely you will be towing it away to another garage they are not experience

I had my car booked in with ESC for a suspected EGR fault. They were the only garage with immediate availability and given that it was in limp mode I booked it for the following day. Despite it initially appearing a simple job, it took two days for it to be done and I had attempted to call on the afternoon of the first day but found that it just went to an answer phone (something that occurred with my dealings later on with ESC). I paid £427.37 for this work to be carried out but after only a couple of miles the EML returned. I subsequently returned the car to ESC as the fault was still showing as a faulty EGR. Following a full day of diagnostic and a further £60, ESC informed me that there was some faulty wiring to the EGR, a high pressure fuel pump fault and a car battery that needed replacing. I had replaced the car battery (turned out that this was absolutely fine) and another garage completed a full investigation of the wiring with no faults found (a further expense); this is due to ESC not getting involved in electrical issues. I subsequently decided to source another EGR from Mercedes (a cost of £288) and upon fitting this (which took no longer than 20 minutes), discovered that ESC had fitted a part that was not OEM; hence causing the fault to remain. I have subsequently used the car since (for approx. 2,000 miles) and have absolutely no faults with the car running better than before. I would therefore not recommend this garage as I had been charged £427.37 + £60 + an advised £222.49 (battery) = £709.86 for something that only ended up costing £288.
