6/2/25 Another complaint...just when I thought things were getting better with ECS (factoring company), things go back to the same ole, same ole. Issues with getting invoices processed and paid out according to my selected payment option and delayed communication. The Director over the factoring processing division, said he would call me weeks ago. But I still have not heard from him. I'm very disappointed in the service provided by ECS. At this point, I would not advise anyone to sign up with ECS for factoring services. I have been with England Carrier Services for their factoring services for 3 months and its been a horrible experience. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN THE BUSINESS OF FACTORING!!! The whole point of getting a factoring company is to get your money sooner than you would if you went directly to the broker. I was misled to believe that I would get my money, same day or next business day if the load's paperwork was submitted by the 12 pmMST/2pmEST cutoff time. This is rarely the case because of the verifications they have to receive from the brokers. Sometimes it takes days for brokers to respond. A lot of times I have to intervene and contact the broker and/or their AP dept myself to get these verifications. Usually I'm able to get them quickly (so I'm not sure who ECS is contacting for verifications). But then ECS Verifications dept and/or my assigned customer service rep overlooks the emails from the broker confirming the verifications, so then I have to call up or send repeat emails to ECS to get my invoices paid out. I've wasted so much of my time trying to get my money and it just doesn't make any sense. Lastly there's a huge language barrier between ECS and myself causing difficulty in understanding the ECS reps, mgrs, etc...I need to speak to someone from ECS and or England Logistics ASAP regarding these unsuitable issues. Please provide me with a number I can call to get these matters resolved.

Don't factor with England logistics please. My name is Yohannes owner of small business.I was factoring with England carrier services since 2020.I like to share my experience about factoring with England logistics, Because it can help others small business like me who are still factoring with them or those who think to factor with them.Here are some of the details:- 1,communication-most of the time they don't reply phone call or email. If you call Customer services their answer is always "Not available ". 2,They have too much monthly minimum requirement.which can be difficult to make it at this time and they charge from lumper fee when brokers added lumper reimbursement to the Rate con 3,Expensive factoring rate comparing to other factoring company . 4,Too much holding invoices unreasonably and they don't pay once they get paid from brokers . 5,Aging-they bother on aging loads via email even though brokers paid them,which can affects brokers and motor carrier relationship negatively. 6,They don't negotiate on supplemental and Termination fee. No any open invoices, but still they will ask you thousands of dollars at the end of contract by referring section 10. (Supplemental & termination)on their agreement.Buyout Department only email.Representative & Manager they don't reply . After 5-years staying with them ,I ended up factoring with england logistics by giving them 1 on review because,there is no option to rate them zero 0️⃣. I wish I read their google review before I start with them. Again All small business, I don't recommend you to factor with England logistics which they try to make you down.You have a lot of options with other factoring company or paying directly. And the second option which is not good"signing up for England logistics and no matter how long you stay with them ,you will end up with too much hassle and arguments.They replied on google review" we will improve in future" but it’s similar to past reply. Nobody interested to resolve current issue at all. Thank you!

The single worst logistics company I have ever used, nearly a 2 week delay on a load and they did zero about it. Keep in mind I have shipped 1000s of loads too DO NOT USE
