My husband and I have been going here for years. We enjoy the interactions with the day shift crew, who welcomes us each and every time we walk in. It's refreshing to have conversations with all of the team, and it makes us feel like part of the family! Thank you for the many smiles and friendly customer service. We have eaten most of the dishes provided during the week and on weekends, and we are never disappointed! We don't visit Enmarket as much in the evenings, but we do enjoy a delicious pizza, several times each the month. Thank you Enmarket and all of the employees who brighten our days!

Have had good interactions with whatever Staff is available at any given time. Unfortunately the willingness to work for this place is difficult to assess. (Not blaming any staff currently employed). When I've made calls during various days/hours they are under-staffed (unfortunate side effect of people not wanting to work). Which does not make me upset, but more so disappointed for those who do show up & clock-in. I'd give the place 5 stars if [it] were well staffed (on a much more routine basis), barring those rare 11p~5a hours where 1-2 employees is more than sufficient. But the hours between those are where [it] is most crucial to have attendance established. My Pizza(s) every time? 100% and great My Chicken every time? 100% also & seasoned! Gas prices are ... well ... gas prices, no harm/foul done to me by En Market. That's just how our country votes & lobby Oil companies to run us through time and time again. The times I've had to use the bathroom? Clean and sanitary. Places like this are constantly stocking/re-organizing the shelves, and when you are -minus staff you do find crates/totes/pallets sat down partially finished (and not in anyone's way). So folks who complain about that are obviously just bottleneck neanderthals that want to cry about something. 3/5 for how the place is & I'm only ever disappointed when I can't place a Pizza order (I don't need the Pizza ... lol).

I have been coming to the store for many years and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars here at this location because it was super close to the place I lived at at the time. Everything about the store is perfect except for the employee Christian. He is the worst customer service representative and rude as he can be. He worked here for a long time and then went to the Murphy gas station in Lexington and now has returned to this store. I have seen him many times over the years and have tried to strike up conversations with him just to be nice and friendly but he has no part of it and always acts rude toward people including myself and has smart remarks to always say. I mentioned oh your back here now you didn't like the Murphy gas station and he said that this store gave him a better opportunity but if something else came along then he would leave there too with a smart attitude when he said it. Y'all really need to get it together and do something about this employee Christian. He is making your business look very terrible and I work in customer service so I can actually judge based upon things like this. If he continues to treat people like this I'm going to go in there with a GoPro and post videos online of how rude he is to customers

This place has always been my places to stop daily...In the mornings I would stop for coffee and gas...In the evenings usually a quick snack on my way home...But today I walked in to the Assistant manager Allie and another coworker Tammy laugh and speaking terrible of a customer that was just in the store. I have been in customer service and management for over 20 years..Regardless what you may think of a customer YOU NEVER SPEAK bad about customers in front of other customers..I asked for the managers name and number, neither worker would even give me the name or number. At the end of the day regardless if you like the customer or not, keep in mind if it wasn't for customers you wouldn't have a job..I will not be back, even though I live less than a mile away.
