I have literally used this guy in the last 24 hours - my father-in-law broke the key off in the door lock at 10:15 PM. It was late and cold, I searched on Google for a local emergency locksmith, I looked at the reviews for emergency locksmiths on Google reviews, and I saw a bunch of nice things said about this guy (sorry I don't recall his name, or even asking for his name).
