Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Lewisham

I've had the opportunity to use the services of Enterprise Rent-A-Car on two occasions at the Bexley branch and the Lewisham branch, and both experiences were excellent. The entire rental process was well organised and smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful, making everything easy and stress-free. I would especially like to thank Aniss and Bakha for their outstanding customer service. They were welcoming, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of. It's rare to come across such great service these days, and it truly made a difference. Enterprise will definitely be my first choice whenever I need to rent a car in the future. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional car hire service.

Been going to this branch for years and always have a good experience. I recently rented a mid SUV for the weekend, Isa & Rokas were great. They arranged for us to pick up the car a bit earlier with short notice. Isa showed me the interior of the car, made sure I knew how everything worked before taking off. The car itself was great, a Peugeot 3008, basically new. Initially took some getting used to due to size but then really enjoyed the drive. When I returned it on the Sunday, I had some outstanding questions and both Isa & Rokas took the time to talk through everything with me despite it going past their closing time. Really like this team! Thumbs up :)

I am not a local person and was hiring from Enterprise in Lewisham for the first time. The whole process was very straightforward and the staff very friendly and helpful throughout the day. The vehicle was handed to me and I was given a thorough walk-round and opportunity to take my own photos. The guy couldn't have been more helpful. I suspect the recent 1 Star rating was from a customer who was trying to get away with something and then attack, as I could see that the process of take on and hand back was routine, but efficient and well organised. I would be very happy to recommend this outfit to future customers reviewing and I will certainly not be looking to go elsewhere if the need arises again.
