I submitted an application for an advertised role. On the same day I received a call from the Consultant concerned, who asked me some key questions and provided further information about the opportunity. The Consultant had a close working understanding and relationship with his client. Overall the candidate experience was very good, the Consultant did an excellent job for client and candidate. This is in contrast with some of the larger recruitment agencies where applications disappear into a black hole, voicemails are not returned and appear to be transactional with their clients.

I applied for a contract management role (manufacturing engineering) with Enterprise Recruitment, not local to their office or my location. This is the second job I have applied for with them after they successfully placed me in another contract role (manufacturing engineering) which was local. Based on my previous experience with them, Ben Green in particular, I know first-hand of their professionalism and felt that that they would explain the role in detail first and only put me forward for it if they felt my skillset and experience were a good fit for their client. I received an auto email response that my application had been received. Ben was responsible for this second role as well and he promptly acknowledged my application and called me to go through it, clarifying my suitability first then explaining in detail about the client, the detailed job specification and the key deliverables as far as his client was concerned.
