Horrible!! I DO NOT recommend if you are using this company for needed medication. They are non-responsive. I ordered meds 6 weeks ago and the products NEVER shipped. I asked for updates and never got a response. But they had no problem keeping me on their marketing email list. I would spend a little bit more money at another company in return for reliability!! Bottom line…go somewhere else

Paid for priority mail, 2 to 4 days, on the 12th, it is the 21st, and the order has still not arrived. Customer service says their shipping labels do not get scanned in by the post office like the million other businesses. Theirs is different. Lol. Update...they shipped the order after I caneled and bought it somewhere else, then they charged me a 25 percent restocking fee. Counterfeit products and a ripoff. Good job!

Never got my cats antibiotic . It was delivered to the wrong city. I called to speak to the manager in charge Shawn and I got Brittney instead and a lady by the name of Sherline that kept telling me there was no manager on site and that Shawn hadn’t came in. I placed my order on 10/10 it’s now 10/21 and still no antibiotic for my cat . Buyer beware if you have a sick cat I would order from Chewy instead or 1800petmeds you at least get your meds . They don’t state on there website that they are closed on Saturday and Sundays so you can only deal with them from mon-fri Horrible!!!! Reported them to my credit card company have proof of inaccurate delivery address and still a run around . Brittney was super nice but not able to resolve anything on her end except to file a claim with post office
