Had a good experience listing our home with entry only New England. In this market today, it is not hard to sell your own house because when it comes down to it, it goes over to attorneys right from the beginning and you can save yourselves a bunch of money. Sometimes I found this site somewhat difficult to navigate. It has a little bit of quirks where you can only add so many pictures to it at a time, but Darin was super helpful when I ran into problems and got back to me almost immediately. We listed our house on a Monday and sold it in six days. We had 2 open houses on the Saturday and Sunday and accepted Sunday night offer. I would highly recommend the upgraded listing you get more photos people love to see the photos of the house. What we saved by not using a broker we were able to bid more on the house that we ended up purchasing. You can do it have confidence!
