Do not ship with this company unless you have receipts of every item you are sending because if it breaks they won’t. Be responsible for anything . My stuff arrived all broken in tiny pieces And they do not want to even reimburse the shipping cost, even the service being bad. I absolutely do not recommend this company! No recomiendo esta compañía!

Do not recommend. They lost 20 of my boxes. 20 BOXES LOST!!!! They sent them to the wrong address somewhere in Mexico and have no update as to when we will ever receive them. They won’t even have their supervisor call me. They won’t even answer on WhatsApp. We trusted them with our sentimental belongings. Years of memories LOST. Tools and stuff needed for my art business LOST. We moved everything we owned to Mexico to be close to family. Now we have nothing. We told them we are getting desperate for answers to no avail. Absolutely ridiculous. We sent them the first week of April. It is now the end of June!!! I now see they have reviews of them stealing items from people. I’m starting to wonder if they stole our boxes.

From the moment I first spoke with Lupita I felt I was in safe hands. I had spoken to a few other shipping/delivery companies but none gave the positive energy like Lupita. Even when our delivery was delayed by a few days, we didn't worry and felt assured every step of the way that our package would be delivered in spite of the mix up withour address. Terrible experience with this service, unfortunately it is the first time I have used this service and the last time, a box I sent to Mexico arrived in terrible condition even with all the bubble wrap with which I packed fragile things, they arrived broken, the same box was broken the worst After all, it is a company that is not responsible for their shipments, they have very little interest in showing that they care about customers who have complaints about their service, I used this service for the first time, thinking about a little more time to make a move but Its lack of responsibility leaves me a lot to think about and of course from my experience I would never recommend it. I leave it a star just because I have to rate it with something but as an experience company they showed me that they don't work.
