WAS a long time customer of Enviro Trends. Booked a hair cut appointment online for 11:15. Received a confirmation email. Received a text 2 days before my appointment, asking me to confirm my 11:15 appointment which I did. Arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was told the stylist was still with someone and it would be a 10 minute wait. I went for a walk and came back in 10 minutes. Stylist was still with the same person. I was told they were just finishing and it would be 5 more minutes. I walked around the store. I was still waiting at 11:55! FINALLY, my stylist was done with the other person. They went to the cash to have their person pay for their service. Then swept up their chair area. Came back to the cash area to look at the status of their bookings, I assume. I was waiting to be called. Then someone went up to the cash with a hair appliance. The salesperson was speaking to this person, then my stylist got involved in the conversation. That was the LAST straw for me. Here I am waiting for 45 minutes and they are so disrespectful of my time that they can engage in a conversation while I am still waiting. I left the store fuming. Will NEVER get my hair cut there again or buy any products. Then I get home and see there is an email from them, stating that my 12:00 appointment has been canceled. What 12:00 appointment? They must have rescheduled my 11:15 appointment to 12:00 when they saw that they were running very late. Nice to let me know! Nice to just assume that I have nothing else to do but wait until you can find the time to cut my hair! So disrespectful of people's time. Why bother letting people book an appointment if you are not going to honour that booking. Anyway, will never go back.

They charge up the butt for thick long hair, my friend had to pay 500$ just to die and cutt. She asked for her hair to be thinned out and they didn’t even do it properly. They honestly don’t even know what to do with thick long hair…, for me to get my hair thinned out and cut, was 97 when I got mine done I went to Raven flare for 63$ I understand with products but that’s just taking advantage of people with thick hair. On top of aftercare up keep. Mean while I only get charged half that price at a different salon. Just expensive for little effort.
