I use to be employed to them as a Loader the racist level is high and most drivers don't want to work with black people. The drivers are driving texting and talking to female companions at one point I was on the back of the truck an can see the driver Tom H head down into is phone texting when he look up he saw the truck going into the trees he Swerve the truck to correct it from going off the road I have videos of drivers driving an texting an I show to the manager in Trenton an he does nothing the next day he fired me because I talk about what is going on.. I have been on trucks where driver is going over 50mph with me on the back of the truck driving over 6min straight before stopping to pick up garbage. They are smoking in the truck and don't care about the others. Because I talk about what's going on I was been fired. Next day.. most time u are on the truck waiting on the drivers an because they stuck in the phone don't realize your on the truck waiting on them to move then they said the Loader holding them back. Some trucks you have 2 loaders an I see where the other Loader would ask the driver for label to put on home owners bags because they don't have any green or pink tag on their bags.. when ever I ask for a label to put on the homeowner garbage most drivers give me a nasty dirty look on their faces and refuse to give me an said unless I want to do the paperwork. The attitude is stink that most drivers give me basically don't want to work with a BLACK person. I know two driver just gotten license less than 2years and they are driving and other person have license an told them they have to gotten their license for at least 3 years.. Driver telling me I must hop off truck an be at the garbage before the truck reaches I tell him when I see u doing it then I will do it if your not doing it I won't do it.. Some drivers are good some are not. I had to work in the rain with no rain coat I was soaking wet, the day before that I ask scott wakters for rain coat an was denied I got a coat the next day after the rain passes the driver I work with he was a good person looks for my interest an see to it I got a coat.

Pretty bad company, i dont recommend using, we’ve been using for 1 year now and constantly fighting with the office girl about garbage not being picked up, they often missed their garbage pickup dates and when u call them they would think your’e lying and tell you to check your cameras, while garbage is piling at the back for over 1 week ive attached some photos. Better to go with a more expensive company than to pay for services thats non existent.

While we were waiting to pick up our children from school, a driver blew a stop sign, drove in the middle of the road and speeding ALL in a school zone while 2 other people yelled at him. My email went unanswered and probably nothing done about i considering these reviews. If your reading this, tell their customer's. Sylvanlake, beacon hill school, September 24 @2:40pm. Ordered a 40 yard container for household goods, driver was supposed to call 30 minutes before since no one was there. The driver called when he was onsite and it took me 20 minutes to arrive…..150$ waiting time fee, we called to complain and the new container didn’t show up on the scheduled day but our credit card was charged! Pay more, find a different company who are not looking to take advantage.
