I'm the last person I ever thought would find themselves going to the gym on a regular basis and didn't quite know how to get started. I knew that I needed some structure and someone to show me how to get started to ensure the time spent was worthwhile. Fast forward 6 months, and I can't see myself not going regularly. The setup at Envision Fitness is great for beginners plus the trainers are there to offer various levels of service. If you don't know where to start and are looking for a 'customized experience', I highly recommend giving Envision Fitness a go!

I am new to working out at a gym, but the team at Envision Fitness have been so welcoming! Kari and Steve are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They are great at walking me through the techniques and making sure I feel comfortable. The facility is great, the staff are wonderful, and I love the push for overall health and wellness! I joined Envision 9 months ago on a friend's recommendation & it's been the best fitness move I have ever made. It all starts with a personal assessment of where you are at, followed by a personalized program to get you to your next level. It's been the best gym experience I've had in decades.
