Jeremy, the branch manager at Envoy Mortgage Company, is a man of his word, very patient, and has the people skills to explain mortgage financing to ensure you have a good understanding of and experience in getting to the closing settlement for your house. My realtor, Temi, explained to me that Jeremy of Evoy Mortgage would work to promptly get me to the settlement closing in less than 30 days. I was highly skeptical, but I said I was willing to try it because Navy Federal Mortgage was giving me the runaround, and I’d used them five years ago to close on the house that I had before getting this house. Although it took 35 days with Navy Federal Mortgage, and I was told 20 days, I was preapproved up to the underwriters. Jeremy was extremely patient and understanding, explaining the entire mortgage process. He sometimes requested documents, and I had sent them, but he needed additional documents. There were other detailed documents about the specific accounts. Eventually, he understood that I didn’t understand and explained it to me, and he did not get irritated, arrogant, or self-righteous like others (Navy Federal Mortgage ). I am out advertising for Jeremy, Evoy Mortgage Company, to other law-enforcement members, church members, family, and friends. Getting a mortgage is usually stressful, and getting all the documentation together is difficult. I appreciate Jeremy for the seamless settlement and closing of my house.
