I have a Xbox elite controller under warranty through Microsoft. It stopped turning on with no buttons or anything broken. Microsoft sends it here and when I get it back now multiple buttons are broken and I cannot even use the power button. So Microsoft sends me a replacement form and shipping label to have this controller replaced. I send it and when I get what’s supposed to be a brand new controller I get the same controller that’s still broken. It’s been over a month and my controller is still broken and I do not have a new controller. Both times Microsoft sent it here. This is absolutely ridiculous, how could you possibly break this controller worse and send the same controller back when it’s supposed to be a new one?

Was told 1500 for 2 cars. Took off work on scheduled day of shipping to get cars released to shipper since they are behind gates and at 2 different locations. After he swindled me for the deposit with the good price ,CARLOS then said the transporter truck broke down and cant get the qouted price on the Day of shipping saying he can only get someone for 200$ more. So I was forced to accept since I was already taken off work and scheduled to move. Then he sends me the most incompetent shipper who scratched my car underbody after he asks me to drive the car up the ramp for him guiding me incorrectly. The shipper didnt have truck adjusted at the right angle and damaged my car underneath slicing my exhaust catalytic converter. After he loads my car he surprises me and says this is my first shipment ever I just started today.Shipper then tells me will arrive Thursday but ends up with a different excuse every day and finaly gets there Sunday. Was so dumb he was out there for 6 hours in the cold flooded my car so it couldn't start and hurt himself with his own equipment. Finaly my friend had to drag my car off for him since he didnt know how to start and old car correctly. He gave it to much gas and burned out the started and killed my battery trying to move the car. Worst experience ever. Would never recomend this fraud company who didnt come through with the quoted price and send me a first timer from shipping company golden a trucking inc. As far as I'm concerned eastern pacific owns me 200 for lying about the qoute. I could have got a more experienced shipper and honest broker. Very slow unload , takes more than 5 hrs, better cancel your load going there instead of losing the next one
