EPIX Bootcamp Laval

This was an amazing workout with a really great coach who had amazing energy. The place is extremely well-maintained. It is renovated. It is spacious. All the equipment is new. The bathrooms are fantastic. They also provide towels and wipes for the machines. The whole concept is well designed my only complaint is that I feel like this is a more advanced/intermediate level type of workout because the coach doesn’t assist and guide newcomers that much. I came with my mom and the coach never assisted/provided feedback to my mom who doesn’t necessarily know much about the different moves and how to achieve them. Every body in the class is at a really high fitness level and look amazing!

This was my first week going to EPIX in Laval and I can say that I highly recommend it! As a person that I have not been in a gym since years, I felt anxious that I may not be able to keep up with the workouts. However, the staff and the trainers were really kind and accommodating to adjust the exercises and provide variations so I can still do them, therefore I could still workout at my own level and keep up with the group. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and really know how to push you to your limits. The workouts are always different, which keeps things interesting, and they're designed to challenge you no matter what your fitness level is. The studio itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable asking questions. One of the things I love most about Studio EPIX Laval is the sense of community. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging, and it's really helped me stay motivated and committed to my fitness goals. Overall, I highly recommend Studio EPIX Laval to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and effective group workout. The trainers and staff are top-notch, the facilities are great, and the community is amazing. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed! 😊

My absolute favorite place to train! This spot got me back into it and I’ve been training consistently for the last 3 years. Do yourself a favor and go on a Saturday morning when Eric coaches. You’ll thank me later!
