I love this place, everyone is always friendly and inviting. I have been going to Danielle for years. I have been to many other massage therapist and her deep tissue work is by far the best. She helped me better manage my chronic pain without the use of medication. Also being able to get on a schedule is so beneficial for the individual who has a busy schedule. It allows you to pre-plan and keep your pain management under control.

Equilibre is self-care central for me - massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki. I get a massage from Danielle monthly to help with the aches and pains of being old and fat. She is so very knowledgeable and professional. I had a random pinpoint of pain in one of my hands that was lasting for months. Excruciating pain if even the slightest brush in that spot happened. One doctor diagnosed it as gout; another did not think it was. I just wanted the pain gone. I pointed it out to Danielle during a massage as a place to avoid. Instead she asked if I would like her to focus on that area. Trusting her expertise, I said yes. It hurt but was the hurt you know is needed for healing. Sure enough, after week or so, the pain was gone. Danielle, Trista, and Rosie genuinely care for and about you and want to help you to feel your best inside and out!
