I’m a huge fan of BTone! I started with a 2-week trial and was instantly hooked. I ended up buying the unlimited membership. All the instructors are super knowledgeable and friendly. The workouts are always tough, but I feel great afterward. I’ve already noticed some results in my core, legs, and arms. The 45-minute workouts are perfect for my busy schedule. Instructors have been very helpful in providing both explanation of moves and modifications as needed. I’ve been coming twice a week all month and plan to purchase more passes to continue. My only critique is that classes are often full or waitlisted so planning ahead is important.
