Have loved coming here for the last year! My favourite part has definitely been my training sessions with Liz Oates!! She is so knowledgeable and has made me feel very comfortable using the gym, she always comes to say hi when she's on the floor even if I don't have a session with her. Great customer service, 100% recommend coming in and doing a session with her!

One of the best gyms I’ve gone to in Vancouver. I love the amenities and it’s very clean. I always see the staff cleaning and restocking. Love the classes, my fave are the Sculpt ones. The instructors are professional and know what they’re doing. I also love that they don’t charge for late cancellations - this is key for me and my schedule. I wasn’t sure if Equinox was worth it for me at first, but now I’m sold. My only note is that I wish they had Dyson hair dryers in the locker room!

I’ve had enough of Equinox. For the price they charge, you’d expect top-tier maintenance and professionalism—this gym is falling apart. Equipment is consistently broken, like the assault bike with a busted seat that’s been unusable for over two months. The lack of urgency to fix it is unacceptable. Even worse is the double standard: staff can use equipment barefoot, but members get called out for the same thing. Meanwhile, people are walking around upstairs in bare feet—it’s unhygienic and gross. And don’t even get me started on the attitude from certain staff. Trainer Liz Oats was particularly rude—zero professionalism, zero customer service. For a place that markets itself as premium, this gym is anything but. I’m taking my money to Altea. Do better, Equinox.

I’ve been a member at Equinox for over a year now, and I genuinely have no complaints. The gym is always clean and well-equipped. Every instructor I’ve trained with has been knowledgeable, motivating, and truly top-tier. Highly recommend!
