Customer experiences
This is a very clean, organized, and comfortable dealership. They provide a well-stocked selection of beverages and snacks for the duration of your stay. The service team is amazing as well as the mechanics, all of whom are genuine car enthusiasts, have a long history with BMW and auto industry. The dealership clearly attracts a high-end clientele, which is apparent from the showroom cars featuring high-end options and special-order colors. While it is a relatively small dealership, perfect for its location, it offers everything you would expect from a large-scale dealership in a larger city. The sales team are focused on selling cars, but they are still happy to engage in a friendly conversation even when they know you are only there for service. I highly recommend this dealership. In fact, I’m almost glad they aren't in my city otherwise I would have a very difficult time choosing between my dealership of the last 13 years, and this one! I liked my service advisor, Jake, so much that when I am ready to buy my next car, I will contact him, before talking to any salesperson anywhere!
Had a good experience working with Tennen and Randy on my purchase of a 2026 BMW M2 CS earlier this month. I had a bit of a back and forth on negotiating my trade-in relative to the sale, but that's typical of the car buying process and they were the only dealership on the west coast willing to sell at MSRP on the limited edition run of the CS. This was my 8th BMW purchase over the years and will likely continue with the brand as long as the customer service stays high. I wouldn't hesitate in working with this dealership again on any future new car purchases.
I’ve always driven Chevrolets and similar brands, but after a frustrating experience at a Chevy dealership years ago, I decided to stop by BMW of Eugene — and that decision completely changed how I look at buying and servicing a vehicle. From the moment I walked in, I couldn’t believe how well I was treated. The professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care from everyone there were unlike anything I had ever experienced. I ended up purchasing an X7, and over time, I learned that what truly sets BMW of Eugene apart isn’t just the sales process — it’s the aftercare. Whenever I’ve needed service, they’ve always provided a complimentary loaner vehicle without hesitation, understanding that my time is valuable. Their follow-up calls, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure I’m always satisfied have been outstanding. Every time I walk through their doors, they greet me by name and make me feel like the most important person in the world. I recently purchased another BMW from them and even ordered a third, and to be honest, it’s not just about the car — although BMW builds an incredible vehicle. What truly keeps me coming back is the dealership itself. If BMW of Eugene sold Fords, I’d probably drive a Ford. That’s how exceptional their service and team are. Without a doubt, BMW of Eugene deserves a full five-star rating for their world-class service before, during, and after every purchase. It’s simply an unbelievable dealership experience.
Where to start…..I bought a car, a couple weeks later, I was sorting through paperwork and information about my car. I found something that didn’t look right, the more I looked into it I felt like I was wronged by the dealership. I walked into the shop, asked for Josh and Dave explained my issue. They understood the issue and without blinking made me feel like the most important person in the world. They were friendly and fun to chat with and just did everything they could to make me the life long customer I will be. Payton was knowledgeable and kind really knew what she was doing and helped out a lot 10/10 for Payton. Overall I would highly recommend shopping here, they care about cars and people which is rare at a car shop. It also explains why they are #1 in the entire country! You can look it up! If you are poor, rich, smart, not smart, mean, nice, fun to work with, or the rudest person in the world this team will make you feel great and have you leaving in style and with a smile. I can’t remember all the names of the great people that helped me. But I know Josh he was the best and Payton was amazing. The boss man was so great I believe that is Dave. And the financial paperwork signer I think was Ann. Such a great team. I hope you all get the raises you deserve and thank you again for listening, helping, and caring. Keep up being the best of the best! I hope whoever oversees this shop or owns it, knows how lucky they are to have such great employees, please let them know you value them and SHOW them you value them they are why this place is the BEST!!!!
