(Editing because i left) Driver here, left October 2024. 1 year there, hopefully i can't be tracked.(i was tracked down and given a weird phone text saying "nice review" and they refused to comment more on it when prompted) One year ago (when i started october 2023) they were great, or at least they appeared to be. I only really cared about communication and pet policy (ill literally work anywhere if those are good) They hired me and communication was great, i got a call from my dispatcher every new load to go over load details and any questions i had about it, id tell them my eta and any worrying reasons load might be late or great reasons ill be early so assign me more plz. But the longer i was there the less and less communication was been happening, started with the dispatchers themselves not communicating with each other, and with them having poor communication the drivers like myself were getting mixed messages, and load changes without notice. I dont get information calls anymore. This also trickeled down to no one answers calls when i tried to call anyone, so if load informationwas wrong (which happened a bit) we would be stuck... even worse once the office started closing after 5 pm and no one was available until morning. Pet policy was still good though, they allowed me both a cat and a dog, and it was 500$ each. Equipment here is very run down, and their fixes are very "landlord special" truck edition. Went nearly a year without a preventative maintenance done on the truck. We have nearly no trailers without something wrong, be it mudflaps or the holes in the ceilings and everything in between. They are selling any and all (slowly) trucks and trailers they actually own and patching the work force with rental equipment (gut feeling says only a matter of time the pet policy is scraped, but i wont actually know) Mass layoffs, ive was there 1 year.... i think they had 1 mass layoff this year... It was about one month into me working there, they went from 100+ drivers, to less than 50 i think... the office workers weren't spared either, half the office team gone... then they got rid of night dispatch, drivers have absolutely no one to go to for load issues at night but half their usual pickups are scheduled for night (that i know of since i preferred night driving anyway) , and with lack of communication the pickup information is sometimes wrong... so you are stuck till 5:30-7 am at least. The rumor mill here runs rampant. Lawsuits, from messed up pay, to a driver causing a fatal accident, this company has rumors of a shit ton of Lawsuits going on. Rumors the bills haven't been payed in forever in Atlanta. (Which is getting closed down, update, closed like 4 days after i quit) Rumor- Freightliner sued for something. Rumor - Landscapers haven't been paid they aren't looking pretty They are penny pinching, fuel is getting restricted more and more (by state and company, pilot only, and like 5 states not allowed) The office still hires drivers, they try to make it seem things are alright, they claim things are getting better and there is nothing to worry about... i didnn't see it. In my opinion... I recognize the issues and see where its probably going, and it felt like they were treating us like we are blind, they deny and deflected when asked directly. Its a sinking ship... i think so anyway. The people themselves are cool though for the most part.

Don’t care about their trucks or trailers. Had me drive a broke & outdated trailer where I had 3 separate breakdown issues. Didn’t pay me for breakdown pay which I sat for 3 days. And they don’t get you home on time at all. They knew 3 weeks prior to thanksgiving I needed to be home and had me miss my home time. I am a driver that don’t complain or bad mouth anyone, but this is by far the worse company I ever drove for. I’ll take swift any day over them. PLEASE AVOID THEM

DRIVERS, WATCH YOUR DAC REPORT FOR FALSE INFO. LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES. Drove for them in 2021 lasted a month before i realized their lies and parked the truck. I have promises in my email for miles per week, pay per mile before bonuses, equipment, etc. After 3 weeks, i realized they were lies. 4th week, drove truck back to yard and turned in keys. DRIVER BEWARE....If you quit without notice they will put FALSE info on ypur DAC Report. For someone that has been accident free since 2007, they reported "unreported accident" on my DAC Report.
