I highly recommend hiring ER Plumbing Solutions for any of your plumbing needs. Jon and his team are very professional hard workers. They installed a tankless water heater, removed our old tank, hooked up a new water line to our new fridge and even discovered an issue with one of our lines leaking from our shower that we didn’t know about. They went above and beyond to fix everything and even stayed late to fix the shower. Hands down great service.

Buyer beware!! This is what I got for 7 months of work and $47,000 from ER Plumbing. If there were a lower rating than 1 star, that would be my warning. This is NOT a professional company and these are not people who are capable of completing a bathroom renovation. The owners, Jon and Everett, refuse to speak to me, meet with me, or rectify the following issues. I have been insulted, ignored and told, "Sorry for you". 1. The bathroom is incomplete. 2. The materials I purchased for the project prior to its commencement, are ruined and I now need to replace them. 3. The drywall took over 3 weeks, excess material was used and wasted at my cost, thousands of dollars. 4. The walls are uneven because of improper installation of drywall, poor mudding and excessive sanding. 5. The floor tiles are unevenly spaced, grout lines are inconsistent, there are raised tiles which I trip on, and there are hollow spots beneath the tiles. The floor will crack. 6. The shower walls are not straight, square or level. Also, never completed. 7. There are gaps between the shower tiles and the walls outside of the shower. 8. The trim around the windows is uneven, has gaps, and isn't straight. 9. The door to the bathroom has an opening that is so narrow that it will be difficult to get into the bathroom once the door has been installed. 10. The light switch for the shower is outside of the room, in the hall. This is the tip of the iceberg for this disaster I am now left to deal with. I am now being forced to find someone who can take apart the mess ER Plumbing has left. I must replace many of the materials I had already purchased for this project (i.e., tiles). I am appalled that Jon and Everett have used and abused a customer. They completely took advantage of a single woman. There is no excuse for their terrible workmanship, or for their disrespect. They have taken an excess of money from me. They have taken multiple thousands of dollars of tools and materials from my home for their own use. There is an incredible amount of tools and material which went missing from my garage while I was at work. I cannot elaborate on this as there is now a criminal investigation. Again, buyer beware. These are not people who can be trusted.

Great service will use again. Called twice before coming, didn’t flinch when asked for a couple other things to look at that weren’t scheduled. Cleaned up well after completing jobs, polite,reliable and efficient. Kind also they helped load a lawnmower into car!
