I cannot recommend Era Construction Group highly enough! I reached out regarding a pipe break in my guest bathroom, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. I first contacted Richard late on a Sunday evening. Even though it was the weekend, he offered to come out that same night to fix it. I told him we could wait until the morning, and despite him having a full schedule the next day, he promised to fit me in right after his first job. He communicated with me throughout the morning to provide clear updates on his arrival time, which I truly appreciated. He fixed the pipe break incredibly fast and even helped install another appliance while he was here. What I loved most was that he took the time to show me exactly what he was doing, ensuring I felt confident in the quality of the repair. Richard was incredibly tidy and made sure to clean up the entire workspace before leaving. To top it off, his pricing was very fair for the high level of service provided. He even called the following day just to follow up and ensure everything was working perfectly. Richard clearly has extensive experience in reconstruction and remodeling, and it shows in his work ethic.
