Big time major kudos to our agent, Amie Hieneman for going above and beyond in getting us into our forever home! Amie was a true pleasure to work with and she is the one you need to ask for when buying or selling your home! Any time we texted Amie, she was right on it with a response and made our home buying process easy as could be. I’m sure we probably bugged the heck out of her with all the questions and “Hey Amie, what about this or what about that or what do we do about such and such”. She handled everything! All we had to do was just…show up to the closing. Amie made it a point to tell us that her work with us doesn’t end at closing and we can always reach out to her with questions. Even more than a month after the closing, we’re glad to still be in touch with Amie, but now as friends. She’s a gem. If you’re in the market to buy or sell, get a hold of ERA Select Realty in Lexington and ask for Amie Hieneman before you do anything.

Terrible experience with Agent Alicia Huff. She would not do basic communication with our agent. Would not return calls, emails or texts. Buyers wanted a second showing and she showed up almost 30 minutes late to our house. For the final walkthrough she did not show up for the walkthrough, said she overslept. The buyers had to get a code from our agent(sellers) to do the final walkthrough by themselves. She was their agent and didn’t even bother to show up for the final walkthrough. Very unprofessional. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in the real estate world. Buyers and sellers beware. Hope no one else has to go through anything like this when selling a home.
