Had a good experience with the guest relation officer and sales manager when we visited the property. Prices are very competitive in line with Northscape project and location.

Worst management ever., no customer centric approach., developed an layout without proper drainage facility., entire e city drain water is entering into layout. Developer is cool and busy in their own job without solving the problem. When customer is charged a premium price., it's duty of developer to give facilities accordingly. I recommend not to keep buisness with this people who don't respect professional ethics and customer

Had seen the reviews and yet took a risk to book a plot and that was the worst decision of our life. Have all my life savings with them stuck now. Builder is asking for more money at the time of registration and when denied they are not responding at all now with new dates or even refund. Need to think twice before looking at their projects if anyone is. Don't get mesmerized by the history of this builder and lured by the offers, you will end up in a situation like me. Edit : After few weeks of torture and sleepless nights, discussion went fine and was able to complete registration at the original agreement price. Big thanks to Chandrika and Divya.
